Antimony (“the maison”, “we”, “us”) operates antimonyindia.com and all associated digital surfaces. By browsing or purchasing, you accept these terms.

Garments & orders

Pieces are described and photographed in good faith. Subtle variation is the nature of hand-finished work and is celebrated, not corrected away. Orders are confirmed only on receipt of full payment, after which a measurement and dispatch timeline is shared with you.

Pricing & currency

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The maison reserves the right to revise prices without prior notice.

Shipping, returns & exchanges

Governed by the shipping and returns policies, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All design, photography, copy and the wordmark Antimony are the property of the maison. They may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written permission.

Liability

The maison’s liability in relation to any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
